What products does VVV Games and Warez primarily sell?
VVV Games and Warez will focus mainly on Video Games and software titles with Computers and the latest popular e-gadgets and electronics coming in a "close second." During the initial loading of are inventory we'll be introducing a more balanced variety of items so our shoppers and customers can get a more accurate feel for the wide range and depth of product lines we'll be offering.

Do you have a refund policy?
Yes, we do, but it does vary depending on product line. Please refer to our "Terms and Conditions" page, and carefully review the Item description pages before you buy our products. From time to time a vendor may decide to alter their return policies for specific items or brands, and we may be forced to adjust the policies. As always, they will be clearly marked, and we will make every effort to satisfy our customers.

Are your products new or refurbished?
Most of our items will be brand new in the box. From time to time however, we may offer a limited amount of refurbished items. Item description pages will be clearly marked.

What form of payments do you accept?
Major credit cards such as VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are accepted through our PayPal checkout. We will also be adding Google Checkout soon as well. Cashiers checks and money orders are also accepted. Electronic checks can be processed through PayPal. Personal checks will be accepted but shipments will not be made until the check clears the bank. Returned checks will incur a $25 fee, and alternate form of payment will be required after payment of said fee. If personal check does not clear within 21 days, it will be returned to you and the order will be canceled. We do not accept Western Union payments, nor do we offer Cash on Delivery.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, but not all items, and some items ship only to certain countries. Please refer to our item description pages and shipping info pages as well as the checkout pages for information regarding shipping to a particular country.

Can we get discounts for volume purchasing?
We generally will not stock enough of any particular item to offer volume discounts, but from time to time a vendor may provide us a deal on a closeout lot, or other overstock situation that we may take advantage of. We are not wholesalers but we will consider reasonable offers in the event we are sitting on a large overstock of inventory. Email us at ccaveman76@gmail with your inquiry.
