All items sold are brand new in box unless otherwise noted. All video and software sales are final and no refunds will be made unless product was damaged during shipping, in which case an exchange will be made for that item. For all other products, we will offer a 14-day refund period with full refund as long as item is returned in original packaging with all enclosures returned intact. Any product that comes with installation software, etc., must be returned with the software packaging unopened or there will be no refund available. We will cover shipping costs up to the amount originally paid when product was ordered, however if you purchased an item with "free shipping" you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We DO NOT charge a restocking fee to return an item, and in some cases exchanges or credits may be given depending on the circumstances of your order.
